1. Who can use Clementine's
Clementine's is for adults only — you must be 18 or older to create an account, buy a ticket, or attend an event. Events may set narrower age windows; your spot can be declined or cancelled if your profile doesn't meet them.
2. Your account
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login private. Your profile must be yours: real name, real photos, real age. Impersonation, fake profiles, and accounts operated on someone else's behalf are removed.
3. Tickets, waitlists & refunds
Tickets are personal and non-transferable. Cancel more than 24 hours before doors for a full refund to your original payment method (allow 5–10 business days). Within 24 hours of doors, tickets are non-refundable. If we cancel an event, everyone is refunded in full, regardless of timing. Waitlists are free — you only pay if a spot opens and you confirm it.
4. Behaviour
Show up kindly. Harassment, discrimination, unsafe behaviour at events, and unwanted contact after a block are grounds for removal from an event without refund and from the platform. Our team may act on reports, at events and in the app.
5. Content
You own what you post (photos, prompts, bio) and give us permission to show it to other members as part of the product. Don't post content you don't have rights to, or content that's unlawful, explicit, or targets others.
6. Termination
You can delete your account any time in the app (Settings → Delete Account) — upcoming spots are released and eligible tickets refunded. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.
7. Liability
Events happen in real venues with real people — use your judgment, and read our safety guidance. Clementine's provides the platform and the events; we're not liable for interactions between members beyond what applicable law requires.
8. Changes
We'll update these terms as the product evolves; material changes are announced in the app. Continuing to use Clementine's after a change means you accept it.
