Privacy Policy
Your social life is personal. Here's exactly what Clementine's keeps, who sees it, and how to erase it.
What we collect
Your account email (kept in our authentication provider, never shown to members), and the profile you build: name and last initial, birthday (only your age is ever shown), gender, who you're hoping to meet, city, photo, bio, prompts and interests. Plus the activity the product needs to work: event RSVPs and tickets, likes, connections, planned meetups and their messages, blocks and reports.
What other members see
Your public profile (name, age, photo, bio, prompts, interests, city) and — once you hold a spot at an event — your place on that event's guest list. Nobody ever sees your email, your birthday, one-way likes you dismissed, your ratings, or who you blocked or reported.
Payments
Ticket payments are processed by our payment provider; we keep the receipt (event, amount, reference, refund status — visible to you in the app under My Tickets) but never your card number.
Where it lives
Your data is stored with our database provider (Supabase, EU region) and protected by access rules that restrict every record to the people it belongs to. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Deleting your data
Delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete Account): your profile and photos are removed, likes and connections deleted, planned meetups cancelled, event spots released, and eligible tickets refunded. Receipts we're required to keep for accounting are retained with the profile removed.
Your rights
You can see and edit everything on your profile in the app. For a copy of your data, a correction, or anything this page doesn't answer, contact us — see the help center for how.
